This is a progression thread for my 2nd cork bark oak. You can see my other corker here.
I wanted a slightly bigger one. Got this one last year at the Bonsaiathon in Pasadena. I want to grow this one bigger. Right now, I trimmed it back and let the leader grow unimpeded. Will either submerge the lower part in the ground after drilling a bunch of holes, or put it on top of pea pebbles.
