Chinese Elm?

Has anyone ever seen a Chinese Elm like this before? Also, I had bought this tree in this condition without the knowledge that it could be dying. The man who sold it to me obviously saw me coming. Although I'm new, I have a slight green thumb. She has been repotted and cleaned of a black fungus it had all over it. Has anyone ever seen this reddish yellow, pinkish color leaves before?

New leaves will have a little color to them sometimes, but I have never seen one with yellow hardened off leaves like that... Except maybe when they are about to drop on the Fall? Looks like a major root issue or a complete lack of necessary nutrients. Should be DARK green now yellow.

I'd say a long-time nutrient deficiency. A couple of doses of Miracle Gro should help.

Yes, to Miracle grow and fast. It is definite a deficiency from growth. No fear, it can be solved with some tlc. and grow
