It's just normal new growth, it'll change color once the new growth hardens off.

Don't worry about it man. I used to see things on my trees that I was unsure was normal, I've since been lucky enough to get a job at a landscape nursery where I work 50 hours a week. With that much time around trees and shrubs, you really can watch how they grow, what they are doing year round, and that knowledge really comes in handy in bonsai.See I thought that but I've never seen red before!
I'm going to feel more and more like a fool, as replies say that same thing lol.

This........
I have to kind of laugh whenever I see "WOW THE NEW GROWTH ON MY TREE IS RED THAT'S GOT TO BE SOME KIND OF MAGIC"
Newly emerging red growth is typical of most deciduous hardwoods . The red coloring is variable and depends on sun exposure. It's a kind of "sunscreen" to protect new growth from sunburn. No, really, it is. The more sun, the redder the growth.
Some new shoots of my Chinese elm are forming red branches..
Well, I think that it's a sign from heaven that you Usonians are soon to have to be best friends with the commies from North Korea. I'm afraid that the 1% have already made a deal to ensure that all new shoots are red.
Better get used to it...
