Bumps on Tiger Bark Leaves

Hi everyone,

New to the forum and bonsai. I have a tiger Bark ficus. I noticed it has these bumps on a few leaves. Bought it through mail. Came from Florida north to Chicago. PictureThis app said this is Gall. Could be caused by insects or irritation on the leaves. It was packed in styrofoam peanuts all over the leaves. I am guessing that might have caused this. Any thoughts?

It may be a leaf gall, but maybe not. I would still send a picture to the seller and would remove and destroy any leaves like this.
