Unfortunately it is out of print and fairly rare these days.
Because of this, the ones you can find are stupid expensive.
You might eventually find someone selling it for a reasonable price but it might take a while.
Shipping from the EU will also be stupid expensive...not sure it would be worth it for a photocopy
