So I started a Neagari style bougainvillea a few weeks ago and the results have been good so far. It has started shooting roots down to the bottom. I also wanted to try this with Azalea so I purchased a couple small Chinzan and got around to it yesterday. I don’t expect the results to be as quick with the Azalea but we’ll see. They are still putting out growth where I live and it will stay warm/hot until late October probably. Here are some pictures, I’ll update once I get some good root growth. Always open to suggestions. Thanks!

Book luck on this effort.

Usually we don’t bareroot azaleas this time of year up here. So I’m very interested to see your results.

Cheers
