Some red leaves are normal for azalea but more red leaves could indicate a problem.
Azaleas like acid soil so first to check is pH of soil and water.

Also where in the world are you? I think it is too early in spring for azalea flowers in the northern hemisphere and way too late down here in the south where it is now autumn. Azaleas also flower on tips of new shoots so pruning will have a big influence on flowering if you trim the azalea too late the year before. If you want flowers in spring you must stop trimming at the end of summer.

There are many factors influencing how a potted plant grows and you have given almost no information.
Where do you keep this plant? inside or outside?
How often do you feed the plant? What fertilizer do you use? how often?
What size pot?
What soil is it planted in?
A photo that shows the entire plant might help give some more clues.

Unfortunately azalea is not the easiest species to keep as bonsai. If conditions are suitable they can grow very well but if they do not like something they will not grow and often just die suddenly.

I didnt check the soil pH. I will check it later.

its my first time to plant azalea and make it bonsia. The soil are loamy clay
I see the flower bud on my azalea but not blooming.

Thanks for the advice

Indonesia is in southern hemisphere so it is not the time for azalea flowers. Those buds will wait until spring - October? before they open up into flowers. Azalea flower buds form in autumn and grow very slowly through winter then open up in spring. It takes nearly 6 months for them to open up. I am not sure what differences you will see in a tropical area. Not sure if azalea likes tropical climate or not.

If it is possible to check the pH (acidity) of the soil you should do that. Some soils are acid, some are alkaline and azalea will only grow well if the soils are slightly acidic. Test kits are usually available at plant stores or you may be able to find a local farmer or agriculture officer who can tell you about soil acidity in your area.

Some of the problems you are seeing could be from the wiring and bending. Azalea are quite brittle so it is easy to crack the branch when bending.
