Another try with a rosemary

After my first try with a juniper, I wanted to practice a bonsai again and bought a rosemary. I did my best but due to wire shortage, I could not wire all the branches. At least, overall structure is ready. When I get some wires that strong enough for those branches, I will put all branches in place. (And I will apply LS to the jin when it's dry )

For now, here is my new rosemary bonsai. Any suggestions and comments are welcomed.

Rosemary are difficult to work with as bonsai. 123Carve has some great specimens on this forum for inspiration.

Best advice I can give is to repot to a bonsai pot in spring before doing any styling. Style the next year. This has worked best for me with rosemary over the years.

The little one is 3 years from a cutting, the big one was nursery stock, so no idea.

Handle with care. They are fickle and give up quickly.

But there are very nice ones out there. I saw one at the last US national exhibition.
