No idea what I’m doing, but it’s complicated.

Rinse rice in water, throw the rice away
Keep water in a jar for weeks
Collect the middle water
Dispose of top and bottom water
Add more water and milk
Let sit for weeks
Dispose of cheese, keep the whey
Chicken manure
Rice hulls
Kelp meal
Add whey and water
Blend to 60-70% moisture
Put in buckets to ferment
Something smells bad
Something stops smelling bad
Something something something
Profit!

Or herbicide. We’ll see.
 
It seems to me that as long as nobody else smells the cooking, and the final product doesn't involve any spoons for administering, you shouldn't have anything to worry about except what to do with the profit.
