20170817_105833.jpg 20170817_105904.jpg 20170817_105922.jpg This sad little guy was sitting out front of a local convenience store. I felt bad so I brought him home. First up is a repot as he's currently in dirt. Then it will be backbudding and sorting out the roots.

I THINK it's a tiger bark, can anyone tell any better?

I got it repotted into a hydroponic bucket. The soil was super dry and easy to remove. Once it's vigorously growing I'll hack it way back.
As for the "nebari" , it's very flat. I don't know if I will layer them off or if it is worth trying to save one or both. Maybe add root grafts to round it out and practice doing root grafts?

It's been 11 days since the plant went into a bucket. It might just be me, but it seems "plumper" now. Here's some pics

The roots are coming along nicely, a bit of a pleasant surprise.
