Those are some great little trunks there! Have you just mulched the top of the soil, or is that chunky bark filling the pot?

Never been a fan of those... kinda reminded me of the seagrape trees but with tiny leaves. Nevertheless I have seen some very nice trees here.

I saw these photos on FB, too. Are you a husband-wife bonsai duo? I have been trying to figure out how to get my wife into the hobby with me, but she still thinks it's weird to fuss around with little trees.
My husband has offered to help me prune my trees but I don't think his idea of pruning is really meant to be helpful!
