needle blight

Hello, Bonsai Masters, I have scoured the threads and cannot find anything exactly like what I see on these pines. I have this browning on multiple saplings. Zone 8b (middle Georgia), happening since August on new emerging growth and some existing needles. Any pine sleuths know what’s up?
