As per title. One of my Japanese Black Pine is struggling. It's been fine for the last decade. I didn't repot this spring. Though it's not at all root bound so I don't think that's the issue. I'm in Victoria (Pacific Northwest above Seattle). Any ideas on why and how to remediate? It's also...
