growing tips

Got this dwarf jade a year ago from a bonsai trimming date night at a brewery. Don’t know much about them. I trimmed down most new growth in fall and have let it grow since. I’ve only been removing leaves to promote ramification/thicker foliage. Could use some tips on next steps to take. Thanks!
