cutting propagation

I believe I took some clippings of a creeping Juniper that I found in my condo complex. Any tips on watering, how long to root, etc would be greatly appreciated

Going to try to propagate a Bald Cypress from cuttings using hormone powder. This is the tree, that I am going to try to grow from cuttings and seeds.

I just recently pruned my dwarf jade and took some of the cuttings to propagate. I left them alittle under a week to callus. I potted them in bonsai soil( pumice, lava rock, bark, etc). In order to grow roots is that sufficient or should I be potting them in more of a succulent potting soil mix?
