Dear Americans, We hear things such as "below freezing point" and "around freezing temps" regularly, but what is freezing to you? Is it from 0F and lower? Or is it from 30F and lower? 30F is around the same as 0C, and 0F is around -10C, so that's why I'm asking. Ty in advance.
