Anyone with privacy concerns avoids it like the plague.

I have a false Facebook account where I don't use my real name, or my real email, or any of my real personal information. I use it only for the purpose of participating in Facebook bonsai auctions - that's it.

I don't want a private company owning all of my personal information for all time - and selling it to the highest bidder.
