Summer azalea fun.

That Watchet is really nice. Was going to try one last year and really just forgot to order. Am I correct to understand that those blooms are large, leaf is small, and they sometimes bloom again in the Fall?

If so I will most likely add it again to my Spring list as they are usually available at really what I consider inexpensive

Yes, the blooms are large (aprox diameter somewhere between baseball and softball) with smallish leaves (the leaves look like the ones on my wakaebisu). This is the second time it has bloomed, and it probably will again this fall. I got mine for free. There is a nursery that is closed in a town about forty miles from the house. I wish I had the room at home for more plants at home.

Good information as I rarely fully trust growers I don't know. Otherwise I am pretty certain I will be able to accommodate one next year :) Crystal was telling her Mother the other day NOT to send some antique furniture here - we have a small place and plenty of nice furniture. Her Mom argued we could store it at the farm if we plan on getting a bigger place. Crystal told her NO and if we ever move it will be the same size house with a larger lot :p Had me thinking for a minute as space here outside is limited but I talked myself out of the extra work

No blooming bonsai at the moment, spotted along a ditch at the SW Michigan cousin's farm, Lilium michiganensis, Michigan turkshead lilly.

I like the late flowering azaleas and the repeat flowering azaleas, too bad flowers are so large. But if you leave space for them in the design, they can be great.
