Damn!

Just met an adopted street dog....ha! Street dog!
(That Krishna bastard! How is calling someone a street dog....also one of God's creatures...how is that an appropriate insult?)

Moron!

That dog was so cute!

Anyway....

It was from Thailand..,,thinking about getting one...,
Now I gotta get a stand in the crate with it!

Awesome!

This one is coming to my house...

He uses Weatern Union for payment. First time for me...but managed okay. He sent me this photo showing he received the money. Along with the Western Union slip. Very easy transaction. Just need his country name...and his American name...and cash. Easy peasy. The top is 4" across. Love they come in a box...to store when not in use so not to get dinged up.

DUDE! He was just "live" on Facebook...seeing his stands outside of 2D are unbelievable! He has footage on his Facebook wall you can now watch...he has one of a bear and fish below the actual platform where one would sit a bonsai. Man the story that stand could tell...If...I showed bonsai I would be in trouble with my wallet about now. lol

Darlene,

Very nice choice !!

Why not get a dremel and ask Stone Cloud to send you a log of seagrape.
Beautiful red that deepens to a glowing brown. You can often get the wood as driftwood,
so you are not harming the forest.

As to to the others ---- confusing ---------- is the stand the art work, or what sits on the stand ?

So I would encourage him to simply carve, or to make root type stands.
Tree or look at the pot or look at the stand ?
Good Day
Anthony

THANKS!

I cropped the price out... (Unless you seen it on his Facebook wall.) His work is so amazing. I just can't keep him to myself. Still a fare price for the quality of his work.
Yes, I saw his post.
I super surprised you didn't buy 3.

Thanks Anthony...

I know who bought the first dragon stand posted. I think...as some collect pots. We have collectors of dragons as well. Wan does have a stunning stand with a bear with fish that isn't painted gold that is more subtle. That sort of tells a story.

I do get your simplicity is more aspect.

I have a dremmel...but, I believe as with wiring a tree...dremmel work to create roots is a long talent that develops over time.

This guys work just fascinates me. I've seen root stands...but his has amazing fluid movement that is amazing.

If I showed bonsai in a real sense...I would have more. I was looking for a particular size...to hold a certain pot. Even though it can be used for photo staging of other pots. I could see myself becoming addicted. Thank goodness I don't show. Or I would be in deep trouble. Hoarding stands...

I had a PM that he was building my box yesterday...soon to be shipped now. Love that they come with a wooden box! :D I have a feeling once I get this in hand...that I may possibly order another one. A few catch my eye. Great way to just display pots as well.

Thanks!
You figure currency exchange when I looked it up was... 33 of their money to one US dollar...so I am certain he loves selling to US citizens. That was my thinking...which honestly...I too thought it quirky he posted it. He was fast to show me he got the funds...and was building a box for it. But in all honestly...look at EBay...I am not seeing the size I needed...but are similar priced for smaller ones. So not outrageously priced but fare.

I am wanting another one already, and this one isn't here yet.
