Wisteria is one of my top 3 favorite flowers! Hope mines bloom next year.

Goji "weed" from backyard first flowers this year. These suckers are worst than weeds. Never seems to go fully dormant and shoots extend faster than anything I've seen!

My experiment collected ones are nowhere near as vigorous as the wild ones. But I confess I don't pay them no attention

Hello, I am trying to make a desert rose into a bonsai. I see you have acomplish this. I am in zone 9. However, I don't know how to root prune. thanks for any help.
They are very simple to shape. Basically I just use a clip and grow method. As it grows out I clip off the leggy growth and this directs the growth elsewhere. Simple way of shaping it the way you like. Basically I let it grow then when it gets to much growth I cut it back into the shape I like. Let it grow again.

So I chopped a bunch of vitex angnus-castus back and decided to start letting them grow and chopping them way back each year. It occurred to me I did not know if this was white or purple so I let it bloom. :)

It's kinda cute! :) unfortunately the flower is about half spent. Still pretty.
