    I cooked the lot of them, left them out with the lids on accidently and by the time I realised it was too late. Still have plenty more left so going to try again. Autumn is a much easier time for germination.

    First batch of jerky done and it's perfect. A Whisky/Maple/Pepper marinade on this one and doing a Hot chilli/Teriyaki one today.
