    Well she's up n running. Looks like a standard A palmatum which isn't a bad thing.. Will let her run and maybe cut back around June.. Just been watered. Base is a bit dark from where it was under the soil previously

    I like it, I can see what you want to do with the changes of direction. I personally would keep the right trunk and I like the area where it changes direction also, so I would try to find something above your red line for the right trunk. Think there is also some potential for an informal broom...

    This is a good strategy. In regards to the FB auctions, I haven't personally done any business in those auctions to date. Generally just glance over them.

    Somewhat agree. and in regard to the 'or make an offer' option, if the buyer doesn't think the tree is worth the asking price, make an offer. Thats what its there for. To add to that, we live in an age where it only takes a few seconds to do some market research.
