Trees are drinking FISH WATER today.

and for a few more days, too.

I have a tub on the deck with horsetail, duckweed, lily kinda stuff and 3 goldfish.
Dipped out the water yesterday.
THIS time I didn't toss the water.
I have it in the buckets and am using it to water trees while it lasts.

I used to have a ..filtered...bathtub fulla big goldfish. Always saved the filter mulm for plant fertilizer.
Works good.

One of the guys in our club designs and installs koi ponds and Japanese gardens. He also sells supplies and of course koi. He has been using "koi crap" on his trees for years with great success. I told him he should package it up and brand it to sell. Problem with that is too much government regulations etc. Good luck with yours.

I use a sump pump and hose in my koi pond to water trees frequently....my trees seem to love it and the koi appreciate the freshwater.
